At Language Access Network, we’re big believers in continuing education.  Big advocates, too.  We require it for our interpreters. That’s why we’re always creating new training opportunities and hosting events for folks who want to learn more about interpreting, and video medical interpreting in particular.  Check out our schedule of upcoming events and join us for one soon.

Cancelation/Reimbursement Policy

We understand that scheduling conflicts sometimes occur. If you have registered for a training and are no longer able to attend, please notify the Training Coordinator as soon as possible at the contact information listed below.

Cancelations received more than 48 hours in advance will receive credit for future trainings. Reimbursement requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis only.


Cancelations received less than 48 hours in advance will not be reimbursed. Credit for a future training may be issued however, this is a one-time courtesy and future trainings canceled with less than 48-hour notice will not receive any reimbursed credit.

Reasonable Accommodations Statement 

Our goal is to assure all physical and technologic accessibility needs are met to accommodate all persons interested in participating. Physical facilities used for trainings are accessible to individuals with disabilities and meet all local, state, provincial and federal requirements regarding accessibility.  If a participant has a special need (i.e. religious, medical, food, other) or has request for a reasonable accommodation, they should contact us no less than one week prior to the desired activity to allow us time to reasonably accommodate all requests.
