A bit of gratitude

I would just like to take a moment to express my thanks and gratitude on a job well done. We recently had a child born on our labor and delivery unit. Our patient spoke no English and Ron, our interpreter, was fantastic. This was his first delivery, and though nervous he was extremely professional and spoke kindly and in a reassuring fashion to our patient. Please let Ron know he was much appreciated and he did an awesome job. The little baby girl is doing well. Her first words will be Gracias Señor Ron!

Experts in Training

Carmen exceeded my expectations for vendor training. She is a true professional and passionate about the needs of patients that do not have English as their first language. We learned much from her.
